Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Certified Accountant or Management Accountant
  • 1-6 years of experience

This role requires a dynamic individual to provide finance inputs for new product launches, capex proposals, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of product costing, plant accounting, and MIS systems.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving value engineering and cost optimization initiatives, implementing inventory reduction strategies, and monitoring plant inventory levels. Additionally, the candidate will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement opportunities and automation projects.

Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen are essential for this role. Proficiency in SAP (FICO/MM), Microsoft Excel, and financial dashboards is required. A qualification in CA/CMA with 1-6 years of experience is necessary for this position.
