Chief Quality Assurance Specialist

At the heart of any successful product is a robust quality assurance process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Electric Vehicle Charging & Energy Management SaaS product meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Your role will involve working closely with our developers and QA team to understand product requirements and translate them into well-structured test scenarios and test cases. You will use your analytical skills to identify positive, negative, boundary, and edge test cases, and document them in the required format.
Collaboration and communication are essential skills for this role, as you will need to work with experienced professionals to clarify requirements and scenarios. Test execution based on written test cases may also be part of your responsibilities.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong logical and analytical mindset, good understanding of test case writing techniques, and ability to identify edge cases and scenarios that others might miss.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred. A basic understanding of SDLC/STLC and good written communication skills for clear documentation are also essential.
A passion for quality and detail-oriented mindset are must-haves for this role. Additionally, knowledge of test management tools, familiarity with API testing or automation basics, and exposure to using AI tools for test case writing and scenario generation are nice-to-have skills.
