Job Description

As a key member of our management team, the Assistant Manager - Pharmacy plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.   9. Manage retail inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and optimal sales performance.
  10. Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to their problems.
  11. Organize employee schedules, balancing workloads and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  12. Implement and maintain health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring a secure working environment.
  13. Maintain a consistent standard of customer service, exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
  14. Motivate employees to achieve their full potential, focusing on mission-driven goals.
  15. Maintain merchandise and visual plans, ensuring a compelling and engaging store environment.
  16. Adhere to store standards, including merchandising, display, and maintenance.
  17. Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
  18. Support the store manager as needed, providing additional expertise and resources.
