We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.

Job Description

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring of personal loans through digital journey. You will manage and strategize on underwriting policies, work closely with data science teams to analyze underwriting models, and validate their performance on current portfolios. Your duties will also include determining performance benchmarks, identifying courses of action in case of breach, automating credit policies, and standardizing processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will track portfolio profitability, monitor funnel metrics, and analyze risk thresholds. Your expertise in data analytics, model validation, policy formulation, portfolio management, stakeholder management, and project management will enable us to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate in Finance/Statistics/Management from A institutes
  • Qualifications preferred: BTech with MBA
  • Minimum 7 years experience with 3 – 4 years in risk management and policy creation
  • Fair understanding of risk performance
  • Good communication skills
  • Superior stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets using different data processing and statistical tools
