As a Product Owner – Open Banking, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team's efforts in Open Banking and PSD2. This involves analyzing regulatory frameworks, translating requirements into actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of Open Banking regulations, identifying areas for innovation and compliance.
  • Develop comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory developments, ensuring timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities in Open Banking, developing requirements for innovative products and services.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is essential.
  • Proven ability to interpret regulatory requirements, conduct impact analyses, and create traceability matrices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and involvement in API integrations or implementations.
