India Call Centre Representative

Job Profile:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Engage in outbound and inbound calling to foster strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
- Utilize follow-up calls to existing clients to generate new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Apply proven sales experience to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate product and service information to potential and existing customers using scripted approaches.
- Conduct daily calling activities on dialer and manual calling systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Identify and address customer objections to facilitate sales and drive business growth.
- Enter and update customer information in Excel and CRM systems.
- Handle customer grievances and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with clinical and field teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs, including auto dialers, and MS Office.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to learn and describe products and services to customers.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and criticism.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
