Procurement Professional Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operational procurement function, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving processes, and overseeing procurement operations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient purchase requisitions, orders, and supplier management while maintaining timely and accurate reporting and communication with stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Manage transactional activities, including spot buying, PR to PO conversion, and vendor management
  • Oversee procurement operations, ensuring compliance with operational procedures and standardized processes
  • Coordinate deliveries, queries, and internal/external communications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field, preferably with SAP module knowledge and experience in indirect spend procurement. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of business experience, strong negotiation skills, and a desire to work in a Shared Services Center environment.
