The role of a Supply Chain Functional Lead is to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize supply chain processes.

This position requires strong technical expertise in supply chain management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex supply chain projects, and be able to develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can provide strategic guidance on supply chain strategy and implementation. This includes developing and executing business cases, defining project roadmaps, and managing stakeholder expectations.

As a Supply Chain Functional Lead, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. This involves effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Strong technical expertise in supply chain management, including modules such as Procurement Suite, Inventory Management, and Order Management
  • Experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs, conducting Conference Room Pilots
  • At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively in a team environment
