Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Develop strategies for upskilling and monetization of content creators and moderators to ensure long-term engagement and success.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Identify and nurture micro-influencers within the ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices. Utilize this information to enhance engagement and grow the platform.
  • Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
