About This Role

This position requires a seasoned business analyst to oversee the implementation of nCino solutions across multiple banking and financial services workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in commercial lending, loan origination, and treasury management.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of nCino systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce and nCino solutions.
  • Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Driving end-to-end delivery of nCino modules including commercial lending, retail banking, deposit account opening, treasury, and workflow automation.
  • Conducting gap analysis, process mapping, and recommending system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
  • Collaborating with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
  • Configuring nCino features including credit memo, collateral, document manager, covenant tracking, approval processes, and workflow automation.
  • Supporting UAT, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Salesforce and nCino implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lending, loan origination, treasury management, and banking operations.
  • Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as loan origination system (LOS), credit memo, collateral, covenant tracking, deposit account opening, and workflow/approval processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.
Bonus Requirements

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Salesforce certified administrator or business analyst certification.
  • nCino 201 or 301 certifications.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, AML, and risk management in banking.
  • Experience in global banking digital transformation projects.
About Education

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field is required. A master's degree (MBA/MS) is preferred but not essential.
