About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and analytical professional to work as a Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering data insights, identifying trends, and driving business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover valuable insights, trends, and correlations supporting strategic business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Modelling: Build statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
