About Our Data Insights Role

We're seeking a meticulous and analytical professional with strong proficiency in SQL and Python to help us drive business decisions through data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in data manipulation, building insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data collection, cleaning, and transformation from multiple sources.
  • Developing complex queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze large volumes of data.
  • Data manipulation using Python for automation and exploratory data analysis.
  • Crafting dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and KPIs.
  • Data validation, quality checks, and governance practices.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn for analysis & visualization).
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • BI tool experience.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with statistics and basic machine learning concepts.
