Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics professional to join our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
  • Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
  • Provide training and technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics or related field.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting principles.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Proficiency in SAQL, dataflows, and recipes.
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
