Job Title: Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain a network of insurance agents, ensuring they achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, recruit, and develop a team of qualified insurance agents.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and performance.
• Drive sales efforts through team performance, setting and achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring long-term retention and repeat business.
• Promote and introduce insurance products to new clients and potential customers.
• Regularly assess agents' sales performance and provide guidance to meet targets and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the insurance/financial services sector.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding agents.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
• Sales oriented: A goal-driven individual with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree (preferably in business or a related field).
