Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, and other relevant technologies* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs* Mentor junior engineers, provide guidance, and support their growth and development* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development* Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of web applications* Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards

Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web application development and architecture* Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams* Excellent
