Senior Technical Lead

As a seasoned technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of skilled engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
    - Lead, mentor, hire, and coach a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    - Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
    - Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
  • Technical Leadership:
    - Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring alignment with best practices, architectural standards, and industry trends.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and drive architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a technical leadership role, leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Good hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, RMQ), Elasticsearch, SQL, NoSQL, K8s, Kafka streams, etc.
