Job Title: Visionary Technology Leader

We're seeking an accomplished leader to drive our technology strategy and innovation, while ensuring the success of our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term vision
  • Lead architecture decisions for software products, focusing on scalability, security, and performance
  • Drive innovation in AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI applications
  • Oversee integration of telephony systems with cutting-edge software solutions
  • Manage technology resource allocation across global teams
  • Build, lead, and mentor engineering teams across multiple locations
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to critical development efforts as needed
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align technology capabilities with market demands
  • Represent our technical vision to clients, partners, and industry forums

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development and engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with telephony systems and infrastructure
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Track record of successful product launches and technology implementations
