**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute an AI/ML strategy aligned with business goals and technological advancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analysts.
  • Be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models and solutions.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver AI/ML solutions that align with business needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Masters degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Total 15+ years of industry and development experience.
  • More than 3 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing successful projects.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks, programming languages, and data processing tools.
