Job Title: Senior Civil Project Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Civil Project Leader to lead our Bidar–Kalburgi railway electrification project. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for integrating timelines, design approvals, billing, field execution, quality, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop micro-level construction schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
  • Sequence and integrate OHE, PSI, building, and formation works.
  • Establish project-wise WBS-linked cost controls.
  • Ensure cost compliance with CPWD DAR/contractual AOR rates.
  • Market rate assessment in absence of defined AOR Vol. I/II rates.

Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience in delivering civil infrastructure projects within railways/infrastructure industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualification & Competence: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR preference added). Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar railway/PWD/CPWD infra package. Knowledge of CPWD DAR 2023 Vol I & II and contractual integration.

Software Skills: Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and billing software.
