Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans to minimize impact.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting project progress, milestones, and lessons learned.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 14 to 17 years' experience in project and construction management, preferably in civil and interior works.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Strong technical expertise in building design, construction methods, and materials, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
