About this role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive accounts payable/receivable professional to support our finance team. This position is responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Transaction Management: Verify, process, and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Expense Analysis: Analyze and monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including expense summaries and aging reports.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain and manage relationships with vendors, addressing any payment issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Data Management: Ensure accuracy of financial data by maintaining and updating the accounts payable ledger.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
