Job Title: Data Solutions Leader

 

  • About this Role:

As a seasoned data expert, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data solutions. Your strategic vision and technical expertise will drive our operations forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database and application development, with expertise in SQL Language, SSIS packages, and data modeling concepts. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs.

You will be working with MS SQL Server and developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS. Your ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends will be key to driving business decisions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data solutions.
  • Develop and implement operational processes to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues related to data solutions.
  • Monitor critical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes, and SQL Jobs.
  • Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
  • Manage and resolve data-related issues reported by customers and internal employees.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven SQL Language Experience with highly performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
