
Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition professional to join our organization. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent to support our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for non-technical positions.
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
