Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with schools, education service providers, and international partners across key markets.
  • Establish collaborations with top educational institutions, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
  • Represent the organization at conferences and events to establish relationships.
  • Develop targeted outreach strategies for key decision-makers in the education sector.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss university options and applications.
  • Assist students with applications, including essays and supplemental documents.
  • Provide guidance on standardized tests and scholarship opportunities.
  • Establish partnerships with schools for webinars and workshops.
  • Organize events to engage students, parents, and educators.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's counseling services.
  • Conduct market research and initiate calls with prospective clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Track business development metrics and leverage knowledge of the organization's counseling work.
  • Manage client and partner relationships for high-quality experiences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and collaboration.

Bachelor's degree from a reputed university preferred. 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales desired. Strong communication skills required.
