Mobilization Specialist Role

ShramIN is scaling its platform to onboard vocationally trained candidates from ITI, Polytechnic, NSDC and other vocational institutes. We need a driven Mobilization Manager to own campus and institute outreach, build partnerships with Training & Placement Officers, run mass-onboarding drives, and convert students into active platform users and placed candidates.

This is a highly field-oriented role requiring relationship-building, event management, data-driven tracking, and experience running large mobilization campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives, and strong field orientation.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Mobilization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vocational institutes, training partners, and local authorities. You will also plan and execute mobilization campaigns, coordinate logistics for on-site drives, and manage candidate engagement through digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in mobilization, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment. Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with vocational/skill development organizations, staffing firms, placement cells, or NGOs is a major advantage.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up for joining, and to improve offer-to-join conversion. You will also develop and maintain an MIS/dashboard to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes, and institute-level metrics.

Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in mobilization, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment
  • Strong existing contacts or demonstrable experience working with vocational/skill development organizations, staffing firms, placement cells, or NGOs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives
  • Strong field orientation
  • Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is a plus
