Schedule Video Counselling Sessions

As a Student Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the enrollment process by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between leads and Admission Counsellors.

This position requires strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules to facilitate smooth communication between leads and Admission Counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales with at least 1 year spent in a single company. We value candidates with a background in Study Abroad as it is beneficial for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Min Graduation required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English language.
  • Able to persuade learners towards attending Video Counselling sessions to influence their enrollment decisions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
