Academic Program Coordinator

The Academic Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of academic programs within our educational institution. This individual will be responsible for fostering collaboration among teachers, staff, and students to achieve academic excellence and implement established curriculum guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of CBSE curriculum and guidelines, thereby promoting a culture of academic rigor and achievement.
  • Lesson Planning: Coordinate with teaching staff to develop and review lesson plans, guaranteeing that learning objectives are met and academic standards are upheld.
  • Academic Calendar: Prepare and implement academic calendars, taking into account key milestones, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Exam Management: Assist in conducting exams, evaluating answer sheets, and maintaining accurate records, thus ensuring transparency and fairness in the assessment process.
  • Student Progress: Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and implement targeted strategies to support their academic development.
  • Teacher Support: Provide resources, training, and development opportunities to teaching staff, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Parent-Teacher Interaction: Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and ensure effective communication, fostering a collaborative relationship between home and school.
  • Academic Events: Organize academic events, competitions, and activities, promoting a culture of intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm.

  • CBSE Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to CBSE rules and regulations, upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and accountability.
