Oracle Functional Consultant for Subscription Management

Job Summary:

A highly experienced Senior Functional Resource is required to implement, configure and support the Oracle Subscription Management module. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge with technical expertise too of subscription lifecycle processes, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition within the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Design and Configuration

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Subscription Management.

Requirements Gathering and Translation

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Subscription Products and Pricing

• Define and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules.

Integration and Testing

• Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and external systems.

• Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.

User Support and Training

• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.

• Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.

Stay Updated

• Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills

• 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.

• Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.

• Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
