Job Title: Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll area.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed functional requirements and document these in functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.
  • Analyze the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas.
  • Provide consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules.
  • Support migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
  • 7+ years of experience in the field.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
