Job Title: Microsoft Dynamic 365 - CRM Tester

We are seeking an experienced CRM Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and be able to test and validate the functionality of our software.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Minimum 2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, 2015, or 365.
  • TOSCA Automation Tool: Experience with TOSCA Automation Tool.
  • Functional Consulting: 4-8 years experience in functional consulting.
  • Strong Knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing Modules.
  • Agile & Waterfall Project Methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management.

Good to Have:

  • Dynamics 365 CE Modules: Field Services, PSA.
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow).
  • Dynamics 365 Common Data Model Understanding.
  • CRM Configuration & Integration Knowledge.
