Enhancing our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice is vital for our Financial Services clients. We seek talented professionals to spearhead GRC initiatives and audits at two levels.

GRC Roles
  • Manager – GRC (L2): With 7–9 years of experience in leading GRC initiatives, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance and interpret SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assistant Manager – GRC (L1): Supporting policy implementation, risk assessments, and security initiatives are key responsibilities of this role, requiring 4–6 years of experience in GRC/InfoSec.

In both roles, you will work closely with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SEBI, RBI, ISO 27001, SOC, while driving cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and implement IT governance and information security regulations.
  • Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and ISMS documentation.
  • Conduct IT risk assessments and maintain the IT Risk Register.
  • Support ISO 27001 implementation and SOC governance.
  • Coordinate internal/external audits and provide audit evidence.
  • Drive cyber security initiatives and preventive/corrective actions.
  • Manage user training, communication, and risk reporting.
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders to ensure secure solution implementation.
Qualifications & Experience

For Manager – GRC (L2):

  • Minimum 7–9 years of experience with at least 5 years in GRC/InfoSec.
  • Exposure to BFSI/NBFC regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI).
  • Professional certifications: CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, ISO 27001, COBIT, CEH, CISA, CISSP.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and handle audits end-to-end.

For Assistant Manager – GRC (L1):

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience with at least 3 years in GRC/InfoSec.
  • Experience in regulatory requirements, ITGC, ISO 27001.
  • Certifications (ISO 27001, CISA, CEH, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong execution and process orientation.
