Job Title: Legal Executive

A seasoned and accomplished legal professional is sought after to provide strategic support to our organization in Jodhpur, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and terms and conditions, applying a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain a database of legal agreements and documents, guaranteeing up-to-date information and seamless access for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR department to draft and review HR-related documents, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Perform administrative and paralegal tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualification: L.L.B or B.L.S / LL. B. (3 Year or 5 Year Law Degree), preferably from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional research, writing, analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and related tools, with a strong understanding of their applications.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
