The role of a Senior Creative Strategist involves leading multiple brands across various industries in campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out creative duties on multiple brands from different industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
- Manage a team of junior creatives, guiding them in the execution of ideas based on direction provided.
- Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and showcase for pitches.
- Present entire creative plans for campaigns or narrate scripts to clients on any brand.
- Ensure creative work meets award-winning standards and pursue awards to bring recognition to the team.
- Report to the Creative Lead, who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or tasks.
- Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on various tasks, from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
- Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on concepts and ideas.
- Break down briefs to junior creatives for smooth and efficient processes.
- Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
- Be present throughout production processes from idea to final product upload.
