Senior Graphic Designer

We seek a seasoned graphic designer with a passion for innovative packaging design and brand visual identity. As a senior team member, you will lead design projects, foster creative collaboration, and drive exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design Leadership:
  • Develop high-impact graphics for digital platforms, social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling marketing materials like brochures, flyers, posters, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to elevate brand messaging and engagement.
  1. Product Packaging Design Expertise:
  • Oversee the design process for product packaging, from concept to final production.
  • Design innovative packaging solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure packaging meets requirements, including materials, functionality, and user experience.
  • Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
  1. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:
  • Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
  • Elevate the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
  • Contribute to ongoing development and refinement of the brand's look and feel.
  1. Project Management & Collaboration:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design work with company goals.
  1. Trend Awareness & Innovation:
  • Stay updated on the latest design and packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the team, exploring new design approaches to keep the brand engaging.
  • Experiment with new techniques and tools to elevate design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design. Proven experience in a senior or lead design role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Creative Skills: Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
