Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our US sales operations, responsible for designing and deploying a world-class sales engine that delivers measurable results.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in scaling 200+ seat sales operations with consistent performance. They will be responsible for leading managers, trainers, QA, and WFM teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales funnel: lead response, qualification, appointments, onboarding, and retention.
  • Deploy global tool stacks, including CRM, dialers, QA, and compliance solutions.
  • Implement training programs and AI-driven performance systems.
  • Partner with leadership teams to present insights and drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 12–18 years of leadership experience in US-facing sales operations.
  • Proven ability to scale 200+ seat operations with consistent ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM, dialers, QA, and global compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and data-driven decision making skills.
  • A leader who inspires people and creates systems that scale.
