Strategic Trader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced strategic trader to design, develop and manage quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

This is a contractual position offering unparalleled profit sharing opportunities for proven performers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create, refine and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies.
  • Back Testing and Analysis: Conduct rigorous back testing and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure optimal performance.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor real-time trading performance and risk metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize potential losses.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and improve system efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance to facilitate knowledge sharing and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results is essential.
  • Quantitative Finance Expertise: Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management is required.
  • Market Microstructure Knowledge: Experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization is highly valued.
  • Academic Background: A degree in finance, mathematics, computer science or related field is necessary.
  • Professional Experience: Professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms or investment banks is preferred.
