We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Prem and Cloud Windows Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system performance; ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Manage and maintain Windows servers in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Implement security configurations and perform regular system updates, patches.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support application deployment and maintenance.
  • Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Windows system administration.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows servers (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019) in both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications (MCSE, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud migration projects.
  • Knowledge of database administration (SQL Server).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus).
