We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Windows Systems Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional IT services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Windows Administration, with experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including installing, troubleshooting, configuration, and incident management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2021 environments
  • Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows-based systems
  • Ensuring DNS, DHCP, patching, RDS, and security policies are implemented and maintained
  • Managing cluster configurations, including failover clusters
  • Providing basic support for Active Directory

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Administration
  • Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with VMware, Azure, and AWS technologies
