Job Title: Windows System Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows System Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Windows infrastructure.

In this role, you will be working with various Windows server versions, including 2016, 2019, and 2021. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting these servers to ensure optimal performance.

Additionally, you will be providing Level 2 and 3 support to our internal teams, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of our IT strategies.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in DNS, DHCP, patching, RDS, and security policies. Experience with PowerShell and cluster management is also highly desirable.

You will be working closely with our Active Directory team to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support to internal teams

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Windows system administration
  • Strong experience with Windows server versions 2016, 2019, and 2021
  • Experience with DNS, DHCP, patching, RDS, and security policies
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and cluster management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
