Our company is a social enterprise that connects rural craftsmanship with global markets through its luxurious handmade carpets. This approach provides livelihood to the artisans at their doorstep, changing the standard practice of involving middlemen.

The founder's unique business model has created a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. The end-to-end business model includes sourcing wool and exporting finished handmade rugs.

The modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made using the finest wool and silk, has won numerous global awards and is currently exported to more than 45 countries.

Job Description:

The position holder will be responsible for managing project business through architects and interior designers primarily in the residential space. They must be able to understand requirements from interior designers and architectures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling project business through architects and interior designers
  • Understanding requirements from interior designers and architectures
  • Developing relationships with IDA's in region
  • Representing the company at events and exhibitions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should have:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience or in similar categories of design or luxury
  • Undergraduate or Post-graduate in one of the relevant fields: Business Administration, Design, Marketing, CRM
  • Knowledge of project business through architects and interior designers
