Job Title: Luxury Interior Consultant

 

  • Key Role Description:

The position of Pre-Sales Executive (Design Expert) is a crucial role in the luxury furniture industry. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional design services to clients, ensuring their requirements are met, and offering personalized solutions.

  • Client Engagement & Showroom Walkthrough: The consultant will welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored design recommendations. They will assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support: The consultant will offer professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs. They will curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Quotation & Sales Coordination: The consultant will prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections. They will collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Strong understanding of furniture, home décor, lighting, and space planning. Basic proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3D visualization tools. Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations. Passion for luxury furniture, home styling, and customer experience. Willingness to travel to the store location daily.

  • Required Education:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail. Freshers with strong design skills may apply.
