Soiled wares are removed from the bar top and tables and placed in designated areas.

Guests are communicated with to determine their needs.

All payment methods are processed efficiently.

Cashier reports are completed accurately.

Liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas are secured.

Closing duties are completed thoroughly.

All company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Uniforms and personal appearance must be clean and professional.

Confidentiality of proprietary information is maintained.

Company assets are protected.

Welcome guests according to company standards.

Anticipate and address guest service needs.

Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
