The Restaurant Manager position requires an experienced professional to oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain sanitation standards, and ensure exceptional customer service.

- Guide subordinates by setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
- Treat employees fairly and equitably, focusing on employee retention strategies.
- Foster open communication by soliciting feedback and addressing employee concerns.
