Job Title: Corporate Law Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented legal professional with expertise in corporate law to handle end-to-end legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, fundraising, and governance while ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.

  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence for strategic partnerships, transactions, and joint ventures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements, including shareholder pacts, subscription agreements, joint venture contracts, and other commercial documents.
  • Provide expert legal support for corporate restructuring, fundraising, and governance matters.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.
  • Assist in preparing and filing relevant corporate records, returns, and secretarial documents.
  • Offer informed advice on complex issues related to corporate law, governance, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in law (LL.B./LL.M.) from a reputable institution.
  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) certification.
  • Significant experience in corporate law, with a strong understanding of M&A, investments, and corporate agreements.

Achieving Compliance:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
