Key Account Manager - NRI Business
A Key Account Manager with a focus on New Resident Indians is required to grow the business in this segment. The right candidate will have excellent knowledge of the NRI market, including products and services offered by banks and financial institutions.
- Should have a very good understanding of the NRI business, including customer acquisition, relationship management, and product sales.
- Subject matter expertise in areas such as wealth management, remittances, trade finance, home loans, and other related products.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
- Personality should be professional, competent, and well-qualified, with the ability to manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Super HNIs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct sales, with individual targets for new customer acquisition and proven performance in growing NRI business. A network of existing NRI customers is also desirable. Travel may be required to domestic and overseas locations for business development activities. Marketing and promotional activities to acquire NRI accounts are also expected.
