Job Title: Cloud Database Architect

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases on Microsoft Azure.

  • Design and implement database architectures that meet business requirements by leveraging expertise in SQL Server and Azure services.
  • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues to minimize downtime and optimize system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Azure Service Management: Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and network security groups.
  • Performance Tuning: Optimize database performance using indexes, partitions, and query optimization techniques.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database-related issues using debugging tools and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration with a focus on Azure.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server and Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
