This leads to outcomes that benefit both business and society.Job Responsibilities:
  • We process software requests through our digital workplace portal.
  • We verify license availability and assign licenses via vendor portals, for instance, Microsoft 365 or Autodesk.
  • We initiate license harvesting or procurement when necessary.
  • We maintain accurate records of license assignments, usage, and compliance.
  • We track contract expirations using dashboards such as Asana or Remedy.
  • We collaborate with legal and procurement teams for contract reviews and renewals.
  • We ensure Ariba contracts are active and published before purchase orders are created.
  • We maintain documentation in Ariba and Remedy for audit readiness.
  • We create and manage purchase requisitions and POs in SAP.
  • We collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) for PR processing.
  • We document all approvals, including gatekeeper, manager, and cost center.
  • We track PO status and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • We use shared mailboxes for all vendor interactions.
  • We ensure all communications are tagged to relevant Remedy tickets.
  • We coordinate with vendors for quotes, license keys, and order confirmations.
  • We coordinate with desktop engineering and local IT for software packaging and deployment.
  • We manage add-ons and plugin deployments via Intune and Microsoft Entra.
  • We conduct regular license usage reviews and reclaim unused licenses.
  • We support internal and vendor audits by providing accurate license data.
  • We maintain and update SAM dashboards for renewals and compliance tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Procurement.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, Asana, Remedy (BMC Helix), and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
  • Experience with vendor portals and contract management systems.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
