
Sales Relationship Builder

A key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective relationship-building with clients. Your primary objective will be to achieve monthly and quarterly targets by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
You will generate leads by engaging with potential customers, converting them into paying clients, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless loan processing and disbursement. Your strong communication skills, negotiation tactics, and ability to maintain long-term client relationships will be essential in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of mortgage products, loan structures, documentation, and credit evaluation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant case closures, staying updated with local market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
A strong record of achievement in sales, particularly in the Home Loan or LAP segment, is mandatory. In addition to your experience, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivation, target-driven behavior, and comfort working independently are also essential qualities for this position.
Candidate Profile:- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in Home Loan or LAP segment (mandatory).
- Education: An undergraduate or graduate degree in any stream (undergraduates are eligible to apply).
