We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to lead our client acquisition and relationship management efforts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, tailored solutions, and effective account management.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and developing plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborating with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of transactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conducting research and analysis on industries, clients, and markets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Preparing credit approval and renewal memoranda, as well as generating risk analysis reports on the client portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
They will be able to build trust with clients and effectively promote our offerings to drive business growth.
