Responsibilities:
Identifying and securing key private and government projects in the assigned market by utilizing personal network and influencing decision-makers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities to drive project sales.
Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific needs, competitor activities, and market trends, and using this information to inform sales strategies.
Ensuring effective communication of product quality and benefits to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Monitoring project sales performance, preparing detailed reports on sales activities, and providing insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key project customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
Ensuring complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements and maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Must have a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
